I have noticed there are a lot of HJT logs in other forums (such as the Windows 98, XP forums)... Should we just suggest to them to move the post to the HJT forum? or is there anything I can do to help?

If you hit the "Report Bad Post" button on the bottom left of the individual post, you can leave a little message like "This thread needs to be moved to the hijackthis section" and it will flag it for moderators to see.
