A warning though .. and may not be applicable to you

I was a smoker and after 23 years I now consider myself in control of my habit.
However many years ago, about 30, I had also been a non smoker for 3 years .. and overnight went back up to 20 a day .. it just takes the right company, a great atmosphere and a moment of weakness.

I am not trying to berate your achievement, just trying to warn you that for many years to come, you could be a victim of your own self-confidence. Stay alert and stay strong at all times because it's still a very fine line you tread.

and to drive the point home .. must have been about 15 years ago on a beach, with Family, a few cold beers and a bottle of ouzo, ice cubes until they melted .. just having fun ..

I put a cigarette to my lips and lit up .. My wife, whose cigarette it was (& who still smokes) burst into tears .. so I immediately put it off .. never tried again .. but that right company, right atmosphere and the temptation within reach .. sometimes becomes too easy .. you must be on your guard at all times .. FOREVER .. it's not on the same par but it's the same thing as being a drug addict .. once bitten .. always bitten

Stay strong and stay firm, the longer you stayer away the easier it SHOULD become
