A new keyboard

I am pleased to announce the arrival of a new keyboard & mouse.

Unlike the last one, this one seems to be able to spell correctly!

Thank you for providing me with the new excuse I can now use for the missing "e" or "v" and other typos in my posts!!

Good Luck with the new hardware.

Re: A new keyboard

the new combo is a Logitec LX 710 - Very pleased with it - it has many extra keys and tab keys down the side which are perfect when working in Photoshop (which I do a lot because of doing a major ecommerce website for a client & each product has 2 photos associated - they have just told me that there is another 7000 products to add!)...

The old keyboard DID spell badly - Truly.... The keys were so worn that the letters were missing & I am no touch typist!

Re: A new keyboard

Sounds good you will have to get Mavis Beacon teaches Typing my girls learned typing from it and even me though I didn't go as far as learning to touch type symbols.

Re: A new keyboard

I have a copy but never seem time to do the full course. I am reasonably quick, two finger (and a thumb on the space bar). Each time it have a go with Mavis, I get so frustrated that I give up... She is so slow to get going! One day maybe....

Perhaps instead of TSF time I should give Mavis a good go... (No mucky replies please - this is a family forum )
