Rate

What exactly does the rate button do my IE is screwed up and when I click on it, it gives me a blank window.

Allows someone to rate your post. If it is approved, you get a point towards the store, if it dis-approved you loose a point. As soon as I get a graphics program on my computer at work, I'll show you a screen shot.
