Do you mean a custom one? These are reserved only for (1) Team Members, (2) TSF Enthusiasts, i.e. individuals with over 500 posts, and (3) TSF Supporters, i.e. individuals who have chosen to donate to TSF.

I agree, but it's still nice to personalise your posts a bit. I think the people who regularly change them are going overboard a bit.
