Sig.

Hi all,

I just noticed there is something wrong with editing my signature. In the past, my sig was fine. But recently, when I tried editing my sig, it gave this message.
Quote:
Your signature can not be longer than $vboptions[maxsiglines] lines.
Seems like its too long. In the past it worked. Was the limit lowered?

Looks like this is a reasonably common glitch. It has been brought to the attention of the people who need to know, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

each time a new version of vbulletin comes out, there is errors that arise, i think this is one of the most recent ones.

danrak has been working hard on getting all of them worked out, so he should be working on this one soon.

it's a pretty weird little glitch, it doesn't even say how many lines. it's almost like the variable it reads is empty.

but, new version updates cause weird stuff. :D

It does sound like the variable just hasn't been set. It may take a little while to find, but it shouldn't be too hard to get patched up (fingers crossed).

I noticed this, and it said that I was not allowed some sort of code, but I hadn't added any more code.

They used single quotes where doubles were needed

I'm sure these are just common errors overlooked by the vB devs.
