Favorite posts

As you all know, every post has an "add post to favorites" link on its upper left corner, just next to its time stamp. This link evokes the following command:
http://www.techsupportforum.com/vbfavorites.php?do=addentry&type=post&id=xxxxx, where xxxxx=the post's number

I thought this is a very cool way to create an inventory of "tutorial-type" posts of mine, so that they are easily reachable every time I want to use them (which by the way is quite often), and thus save valuable time in providing answers.

So, I started adding the first of these posts to the so-called "favorites". When the first batch was added, I went to check out this trick's functionality. Well, a new drop-down menu was added in the command bar, which shows the last five favorite posts and includes a link for showing the whole lot. Actually, this is THE link I need, since I plan of having more than five posts in that area. Here's an image of how it looks like:

However, my problem is that the "Complete List of Favorites" evokes the
http://www.techsupportforum.com/usercp.php?
command, which does NOT have the desired effect. Moreover, if I try the
http://www.techsupportforum.com/vbfavorites.php?
command (I thought it'd be a logical one), I receive the much-dreaded "No Access" vBulletin message.

QUESTIONS
1. Has anyone else ever attempted to use this feature?
2. Has anyone ever been successful in using this feature?
3. What is the sensible reason behind users not being allowed to see their favorites?
4. Am I missing something here or not?

The favorites is actually an addon to vb, not part of it. I will have to try and contact the author to see what is up.
