Fun with ExpressVu Satellite

today at my girlfriend's house, I've had the pleasure of talking to two very nice technical services reps on the phone and two nin-coom-poops. I won't swear but I will say that it was a random ordeal that went from ok to bad.
ok so I'm not paying for this but it all starts with not recieving 2 channels at first. so I phone Bell to get this resolved nothing happens with that phone call and I can access the rest of the channels. A second longer call with a more diagnostic side to it follows 10 minutes later. That gets rid of the lock on the satellites! ***!
ok so that wasn't a big deal its the next reps I talk to. The first two are keeping notes and the second rep I talk to instantly recognizes that the first left a note.
The third rep starts to ask me to go through the whole diagnostic thing again. what a waste of time, so I cut her off mid sentence and tell her to read the note the first two reps left. I'm calling on behalf of my girlfriend's mother so she suddenly needs authorization but the first two reps were fine with me doing this and I told them who I am. So she really wants my gf's mother to talk to them. So I wait until she wakes since she just came back from work and likes to rest for a little while after wards.
The 4th rep talks to my girlfriends mom right away but again like a lemming following his instructions she wants her to do the damm diagnostics again, she passes me the phone. In no kind set of words I tell him to look at the notes now and no I will not waste my time. still a struggle to send a technician out there. while this was going on during the 3rd rep I found the correct pin # she wanted to use. wouldn't accept just because it was me. I already told my girlfriends mom the price of the tech that was to come over.
so after all that they talk to my gf's mom for 3 minutes never even ask here for the pin # and they still talk to me.
waste of time and they should be reading the notes just like I try at least to skim over a couple times what everybody post here on TSF. I take it seriously even more so if I was paid to be a costumer service phone tech person guy. lol. anyways what do you think, shouldn't the third and fourth person be a little more observant and see if there was notes on file. when I phoned the third time even the automated system said there were notes and diagnostic done
