Tecumseh carb question

I have an older Toro 420 snowblower.

I rebuilt my Tecumseh carb with a kit, but am unsure as to where a couple of o-rings are supposed to be installed. Or are they for another carb?
one has a very small hole in it.
I think the white one goes in the main jet hole? That's what I call the one opened by the float.......That is where I put it!
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Regardless, I am not getting fuel to make it run. It will run on a shot of ether, but that is it, just a couple of seconds.
I put new fuel line on, and cleaned the tank, and carb. etc.
thanks in advance...

Re: Tecumseh carb question

Hi and welcome to the forum

Did the carb kit come with directions? Did you take any o rings out of the carb?

It is possible that the rebuild kit could be for more than one carb.

No directions come with the kit. I made a mistake about the little white rubber o ring. I did replace the correct one......the main jet on the bottom is where I found the old one.
