Briggs & Stratton 2 cy 16 hp tractor engine

My 1995 Briggs 16 hp Twin II, model 402702, type 121201 was running great until yesterday when it wouldn't re-start after using it. It's getting fuel but no spark on the plugs. When I tried to re-start it, it almost kicked in but wouldn't continue and back-fired once. Where can I obtain a part diagram and which part is suspect?

Check the flywheel key, it could be sheared or partially sheared.
