23 Hp kawasaki
I have a 23 Hp kawasaki FH680V with about 116 Hrs on it. I changed the oil and filter about three weeks ago, ever since it surges at low speed no load and has a smell as if the timing is off. At high speed under load it runs fine. As I tend to be a perfectionist at times this is driving me crazy. Any help will be appreciated.
