Tecumseh engine 917.387660 problems(push mower)

After replacing the carb, fuel line, air filter and thoroughly cleaning the gas tank I continue to have the same problem.

The mower runs for a few minutes while cutting grass then the governor starts to idle erratically before the engine quits.

I don't know what else to try.:

Please make sure that the vent hole in the gas cap is clear.

did you rebuilt the carb? Jets must be clean so the gas flow without other problems
