B&S lawn mower problems
I have a briggs and stranton 4.5hp quantum throttle free design lawnmower that wont turn over.I had a crack in the fuel line so i changed it.I changed the spark plug and it still isn't turning over.I even changed the gas twice still no luck.whats next on the lists?

Do you mean it will not fire? If so, get some engine starter fluid and squirt into the carb and see if it will fire then. If it does it is fuel related. If it doesn't I'd check for spark.
