flooding under load

B&S model# 407777 ,type 0137-e1, code - 010313yh (21hp ohv v-twin)
It starts great, and runs good, under load it floods out and puts out black smoke and quits, unless you take it out of gear and shut off deck, then it will clear up and run fine, till you put it under load again!
Changed air filter, and plugs, cleaned float bowl also and checked float, all looked fine.
any ideas???

Re: flooding under load

got rebuild kit for this plastic carb, and dug into it,
what I found was that there is two cross holes, that had a .025 dia brass ball in them, and one was missing, put in the new pc. from rebuild kit, and it runs fine now!
Thanks to everyone that looked and gave this some thought.
