Homelite 27av chainsaw clutch
I need to get the clutch off of my Homelite 27av UT 10830 chainsaw.
I know it threads on with reverse threads and all. I need to know how to lock the engine (crankshaft) for removal. The only thing I have found said to get a bolt and screw it in to the spark plug hole to prevent rotation. Im pretty sure that I dont like that idea. ![]() Im hoping someone has either a better idea or can give me some reassurance that this will work and I will still have a saw with a one piece piston. Any other info can be provided if needed. Thanks Pat |
