Toro Snowblower single stage

Hello, I have a small toro snowblower and I replaced the Needle in the carb. and now there is gas that leeks from the carb. It runs great but did I not put in the needle right? I replaced the rubber pc. also that the needle rest up into,and spring.It was all new. Anyone know what I did wrong? Thanks,Bill

Did you level the float? Is it a Tecumseh or a Kawasaki engine?

It's a small 200-s Toro. This does not have floats that I see,It just has the needle ,which a spring slips over it and the needle slides up into the thick rubber like ,with a hole in it.I did replace the diafram also.Make be I put it in upside down? I could take some pictures of it if that would help? Thanks,Bill
