2005 Chevy Cavalier LS

First let me get this out of the way, not a huge knowledge base on cars from my part, so I apologize if my situation is an easy fix and i'm missing something simple.

Anyway, I own a 2005 chevy cavalier with about 85k miles. I believe i'm having an electrical issue, but here are the things i've noticed so far.
1. First thing was when i bought the car the trip would not change over to show the milage, this has been that way for about 6 months now...then recently it changed over.
2. Usually when i hit the lock button twice on the keyless entry it will give the typical horn honk to say "yeah, i'm locked", but it stopped doing that as well.
3. Just this morning when i got in the car the dome light came on like normal when i opened the door, but did not shut off when i started the car up..as it usually does. instead it got brighter. So after messing around with it for about 5 minutes and adjusting the dimmer (even the buttons near the dome light wouldnt' work) i got it shut off. but when i got to work shut the car off, the dome light came back on again...and won't shut off. Finally i pulled a fuse. The "10A CLSTR", which it shut off the dome and everything else. is that the correct fuse to pull for the dome?

The over all question is...what is going on with my car? I just recently had an oil change, so is there anything they might have done to mess with the system. I'm currently in Italy, so the options of mechanics are a little limited i think.

Re: 2005 Chevy Cavalier LS

Check the switches in the doors for the dome light - sounds like one of them possibly has bit the dust and is letting that light stay on all the time. That could also be keeping the keyless entry/alarm system from arming.
Pondering on the first part of your post.....
