89 chevy c1500 engine problems

350 EFI. engine will not start. has no spark. is not injecting fuel. fuel pump, filter and relay are all good. all fuses are good. the engine cranks over like normal. I also replaced the coil, but still no spark.

No fuel /spark indicates the ignition module or the ECM.
