1997 ford f-150 stearing prob
ok......iv go a 97 ford f-150 with 78,000 miles and the stearing squeaks when i turn the wheel! is it bushings, somthin needs to be greased, or what? its not power stearing. what u guys think?

maybe something is rubbing, why not take it to a mechanic or if your auto savvy just climb under there and take a look. does it leak at all when you are turning? if its leaking it means its starting to dry steer which is NOT GOOD. check that out and get back to me.

hey guys,
i took a closer look this morning and nothin seems to be leakin. i did see a load of build up around the radius arms.....so i think i just need to clean and re-grease things up. THANKS GUYS!! |
