Re: wheree is my fuel filter????
Hi Nicole,
The filter is located back at the gas tank. It is in the line that comes from the tank, probably attached to the frame just ahead of the tank. You might get some idea about the filter and pump by measuring the fuel pressure. If your engine is TBI (throttle body injection) the pressure should be 9 to 13 psi with the key on and engine not running. It can drop 3 to 10 psi with the engine running at idle. If your engine is MFI (multiport fuel injection) the pressure should be 41 to 47 psi with the key on and engine not running. Pressure should drop 3 to 10 psi with the engine running at idle. Hope this helps, Mack1

Re: wheree is my fuel filter????
On my 94 S-10 4.3L pickup the filter was near or on the drivers side frame rail beneath the extra cab area. Probably similar in a Blazer. It was pretty easy to get to. Make sure to depressurize the system at the schraeder valve on the fuel rail under the hood before undoing the filter. On CPI motors the fuel pressure should be 60 psi key off. But CPIs usually don't start at all if the fuel pressure is a little low.
