can any body tell me where the blower restor is on my 2000 sl1 saturn

I don't know off the top of my head where the heater blower resistor is on that model, but, if you don't have a book for the car, your local library should have all the books, and if not they may have the books online on their computers.

If you absolutely can't get to a library to get a look at a book, i could possibly find it on my next trip to the library.
