EEK! [SOLVED] sidekick grumpy cold

'89 sidekick 1.6 tbi starts great above 50F. below that, it takes up to 7 "blip" cranks to light. No gas pedal, no cranks over 3 seconds. Warms up and runs great in under 5 minutes. 5w30. new plugs & wires, dist. cap, fuel filter, air filter. Cleaned tb, cold air valve, replaced cav cap gasket. Air intake sits slightly cocked on top of tb, my next fix. Oh, yes, fresh battery.
No codes, just #12. Wish I had a manual choke. If the engine is the SLIGHTEST BIT warm, baby fires right up. I did order the 300w clamp-on heater, but didn't expect to use it above 10F. Any ideas?

Re: sidekick grumpy cold

SOLVED. Timing was off by 6*. Reset cold idle to 2200rpm. Put in new cold air sensor. Baby hums again!
