06 expedition

hello i am working on a 06 expedition 5.4 the truck has a lack of power at wide open throttle i have replaced the fuel pump and filter also the dealer replaced the r/h converter and 2 injectors when we got it back it was fine but now its doing it again i found a bad timing chain tensioner and replaced that and all the lash adjusters it had a bad ticking noise so i changed them all but i still have the ticking..its not as bad as it was has anybody out there run into a similar problem any help would be appreciated thanks

y did they replace 2 injectors that tick is more than likly the other 6 injectors going bad if those injectors are leaking fuel it has the same effect as not getting enough fuel lack of power do you have a Service engine light on ?

they replaced the injectors cause they were leaking and causing a misfire which also ruined the r/h converter i have no codes ..i found a tsb on a checkball in the trans i will try that next it feels like maybe a trans problem possibly the trq converter not slipping to let the engine get enough rpms.. the reason i say this is once the truck get going at a good speed it does ok it is only at low speeds that it is weak
