89 ford probe lighting problem

my right turnsignals have stopped working. even the light in the dash. When i turn them on i hear the flasher clicking fast but nothing lights up. I have tried changing the bulb in the rear. The new bulb does not seem to be getting any power. The left side works fine. I hope this is simple, but need to know if this is a simple flasher problem?

Re: 89 ford probe lighting problem

check with your local auto parts store and see if your car has relays for each side turn signals i have seen this on newer ford trucks but not sure about your car. another thing you could try is to replace all the right side turn signal bulbs. sometimes when one goes out the others dont work, usually if i remember correctly the signal lights and the dash light that are still good stay lit solid though. may not be your problem but bulbs are cheap enough to replace and alot easier than hunting for bad wires.
