1997 Volvo 850 electrical problem
The car wont start. The emergency flashers blink with switch off- have to disconnect the battery cable to stop them.

The problem was resolved by resetting the security system, (said the mechanic) I am not sure how that was done. It was my moms car, and she took it in for service. Thanks for anyone who looked for a solution, and I apologize for any inconvenience.
