Wheres the Air filter on a 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid?

I just got this car and I am not sure where the filter is. Im not an idiot and have looked in my manual and they don't even say a thing about a filter. They do talk about the "Element" but no where is there any type of location of this. I took my car in for a oil change but the place I thought it should be is not even loose. So I think Im not the only one who don't know.

follow the tubes coming from the intake it has to be inside it somewhere. usually right before the MAF sensor.

I figured it out. I just had the oil changed and those idiots that work there probably didn't even look at it, it was bad. Thanks
