93 silverado hesitates and looses power
I have a 93 silverado 5 speed with a 4.3 liter engine. It started hesitating and developed a spuratic idle. I changed plugs, wires, rotor and cap and it still runs poorly. It started setting a code 45, which is rich exhaust. Have checked the things the Haynes manual called for and no improvement. What am I missing and where do I go next.

not sure what u mean by closed loop mode? Have recently also rebuilt (about an hour ago) the throttle body and cleaned the Air control module and still no change..
