96 Chevy Corsica-Blowing fan not running
The blowing fan for heating and A/C is not running. I noticed it a few weeks ago. First the heating fan lost power, then A/C fan too some days latter. I noticed it has something to do with the controling. However, the controling switch is air-powered and I do not know how to fix it. Went to car mechanic and they want a long time to find the cause if they can!

Re: 96 Chevy Corsica-Blowing fan not running
usually only the vent controll switch is powered by vacuum, the actual switch for the blower fan is electric. dose the switch have just hi med low for both the ac and heat or dose it have hi med low for ac and a seperate hi med low for heat?

Re: 96 Chevy Corsica-Blowing fan not running
This is a modual switch. I took one for same model of the car at local and replaced. Still not woking. I noticed there was unexpectedly no wire. There were six or seven pipes connecting to the switch. So it has to do with the switch power system or the recieving system.
