Re: 93 S10 blazer 4x4 no start after tune up???
Is the small multi wire plug still in place going to the distributor or any other plugs knocked loose?
If so, pull one plug wire from the plug and test for spark using one of your old plugs.

Re: 93 S10 blazer 4x4 no start after tune up???
Good Evening M.W.G, how is the work going on that engine?
It was beginning to sound like it may have been a distributor module that may have died. Certainly an interesting problem. Cheers, qldit. |

Re: 93 S10 blazer 4x4 no start after tune up???
You never know but it might be unrelated to the tune up. So if you have eliminated the possible issues due to the tune up and have indications of good spark I would say check the fuel pressure. These 4.3 Vortecs need a good solid fuel pressure on battery (I'd have to look up the spec) to start. I had a failing (but not totally failed) fuel pump that was making 15 psi lower than spec and caused major starting problems. It's a quick easy check.
