Hey oscaryu1,
Why start now?
I'd suggest fuel filter replacement, coolant flush and replaced. Tune up(plug wires, plugs, air filter, rotate the tires). Keep it simple!

If we have helped you let us know.

Re: Maintaince questions... LOTS of em...

Good Afternoon, an excellent item to consider is the timing belt, this is a real nasty to have fail.
Check the plug lead end plastic insulators for cracking, sometimes the plug wells fill with oil and allow arcing. Be careful getting them out, they have a nasty habit of leaving the spark-plug connector on the plug and can be a real problem getting out to replace the plugs.
The Camry leads are usually pretty reliable but should be replaced every couple of years.

The EGR valves can also be a nuisance, running an occasional bottle of injector cleaner added to the fuel helps.

Be careful with front tyres on Camry's, I prefer to let them wear and change them as pairs otherwise you can get some funny effects with steel belted radials that have accued a set wear profile.
Letting them half wear then shoving them on the back and replacing the fronts with new ones appears to be the best method from my experience.

You would be aware that steel-belted radials accrue internal stresses that if changed to a different stress profile (position) often cause the belt to "let go" and separate.

Most front wheel drive vehicles are pretty hard on front tires at the best of times.

Carefully examine the Constant Velocity joint, rubber boots for condition and integrity if any are torn or damaged or you are experiencing "clicking" sounds in tight turns coming from the front axle areas or having any intermittent vibration at higher speed expect possible need for replacement, you are getting up into that area.

As a matter of interest, what religion are you, you certainly have someone watching over you!! LOL!!

Cheers, qldit.
