Headlights- 1 hi-beam, 1 low-beam

I had our 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan repaired from a front-end accident. I didn't notice until almost a year later (I rarely drive the van) that when my wife was following me home (her driving the van) that one headlight was on high beam and one was on low beam. If you hit the "brights" switch, they switch places. Is this something 'fairly' easy, or very involved?? Anybody have this problem before???

Were either of the headlight wiring sockets replace in the repair? Sounds like the one that's on "High" when the switch is on "Low" had its wires crossed....
