Installing a new Koss cd player. It has power and plays the cds, but NO SOUND. Whats up. Another site said it could be due to a factory installed amplifier, is this in the trunk. My son is doing the work and has installed a new system in his truck with no problem.

Does the regular radio play? A lot of the Fords did have a factory amp system or either a remote head unit and the actual radio was in the trunk.

Yes the original play, there is an amp in the trunk, Do we need to bypass, and how?
