Interior display started to dim then flash, car stalled all power shut off, was able to jump start but as soon as put into drive the same think happened again, any thoughts?

starter or distributor would be my guess. have u checked the fuses ?

grounding is another clue, or the altinator, my guess is that somewhere your have a short and the power required to shift the car into gear is robbing it of the power to run the engine... I am pretty sure that you car shifts electronically... not to sure where to start on troubleshooting tho
