95 Grand Cherokee dies

I have a 95 Grand Cherokee Larado, 4x4, 172,xxx miles. 4.0 inline six, ATD.
When it is cold it runs like a top, after about 10 minutes it starts running rough and eventually dies and won't start until it cools off. It isn't setting any codes.
I've replaced the fuel pump and filter, distributer & cap, rotor, cam sensor.
Running it with a MODUS attatched is shows no problems, fuel pressure is about 40 pounds when it dies, Tried a different coil, made no difference. I replaced the distributer because the old one seemed to start making a lot of noise just before it started running rough and died.

Can anybody help?

Have you changed the Oxygen sensor?

Changed the O2 sensor, still same problem.

Noticed the catalatic converter was red hot, exhaust has plenty of flow, does not seem clogged at all.

Could it be flooding out?

Convertor being red hot is either a condition on fuel loading up and collecting in the convertor or engine leaning out causing high temps. Check and see if the exhaust manifold/header is glowing or excessively hot.

No glowing pipes, changed the crank sensor, seems to have helped make it at least drivable but still runs a little rough. The RPMs at times bounce from 1800 to 2500+ constantly. Could the new O2 sensor I put in be bad?
