Squeels when I turn the wheel

Yup everytime the car is not moving or going at a slow rate of speed and I turn the wheel at any speed it squeels like mad. I thought it was the steering fluid, but my dad and I topped it off and it kept on doing it even after we did that. Any ideas?

its pretty common if u have an 80s..it can be the power steering itself, i understand my truck squeels for 5 minutes afer startup(i dont' ask)...like everyone else said, check the bearings.
