95 Villager brakes

I just replaced the pads and rotors for about the tenth time since I have owned this van (95). This time I have a problem with the driver side caliper not releasing after applying the brakes. I replaced the caliper because I had a lifetime warranty on it, and I replaced the flexible hose to the caliper because I had one of these go bad before and caused the same problem. But this time ...no fixee. My Uncle, a retired mechanic, said he had the same problem one time because he had pushed the piston in too quickly on one of the calipers doing a brake job, and found out that it can cause a misalingment of a valve in the ABS control, preventing the pressure to bleed off, but he did not remember the remedy. If I crack the line from the ABS control to the left front brake, the pressure releases, but not when I crack the line going into the ABS control from the MC. Any tips before I tear this sucker apart?
