CompTIA's A+ vs Cisco's IT Essentials

This article really hits the nail in my head, in my opinion, because it properly addresses a question which all persons searching for an IT Certification path face: Is IT Essentials more preferable than the popular A+? Thanks again, Mohammed, for providing a most educated answer to that dilemma.
