Important Notice To All Writers.
Hi, It is becoming apparent that many scribes are using their own ISPAddresses/web hosts for New Articles that are for submission to TSF. By all means continue to do so; however, if this method is utilised then it MUST be available 24/7, otherwise it cannot be commented upon. Once the writer is satisfied with their article; then, it must be uploaded to TSF for editing/formatting, and if not I am afraid that there is now way that we can publish it. Thank you for your co-operation.
