This sub-forum, called "New Article Submissions", contains the pieces of work that TSF users submit for consideration by TSF into being adopted as Articles.

All users, or groups/teams of users, who have a solid understanding of a specific topic and possess an articulate way of expressing their thoughts, are more than welcome to compile their piece and submit it. The results of this process, is what can be found in this sub-forum.

The important thing for all of you, who view the threads contained herein, to always keep in mind, is that the "New Article Submissions" sub-forum is the place where all submitted work is being evaluated. Please never forget that everything within the "New Article Submissions" sub-forum, is still under evaluation. Do not deem these pieces as TSF-endorsed articles; for they are not yet. The officially endorsed TSF articles are the ones that are posted in the other Article Sub-Forums ( Security, Windows & PC Software, Hardware & BIOS, Alternative Computing, Networking, Design, The IT Business). In case you choose to follow a recommendation you saw in a thread posted in "New Article Submissions", that is still under evaluation, you do this at your own risk.

The reason this sub-forum is publicly open, is because this way it allows the original author of the submitted work to retrofit his article with newer additions and modifications so that it becomes more complete and/or correct, plus (and this is the most important) it exposes the submitted work to the widest spectrum of knowledgeable individuals (i.e. all TSF users) for them to judge, critic, evaluate.

This is a living sub-forum. It thrives on your input, insights and feedback. Please do not hold yourself back; share your thoughts on any submitted piece with all TSF users. Posting your opinion is yet another way to help all of us at TSF. And we sincerely thank you in advance for that.
