Does anyone know how to install the Inferno OS as a standalone (i.e. not hosted) on a PC?

Haven't tried it myself, although it sounds interesting. Have you read the installation document? I didn't find a link on Vita Nuova's site, but if you Google for "install inferno standalone" (without quotes) the first result should be a PDF about installation from Vita Nuova's site (didn't read it, so I don't know if it will help).
