Security Threat Reported but Everything is Up to Date

PC-Cillin is reporting that my XP machine has a critical security hole. It refers to MS Bullet MS01-28 which refers to the W97M_GOGA.A threat. It runs hidden macros in templates when attached to by an RTF document. It provides an option to go to MS Updates for any updates that youmight need. The problem is that my PC is is completely up to date. There are zero critical updates required and this problem is old. It was diagnosed way back in 2001. Should i ignore this? I do have an email request into Microtrend but I have been looking for specific updates that i can apply from Microsoft but they seem to be part of the Service Packs that i've already installed.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Randy
