No, I have Windows installed from when I purchased computer originally. I did not get a Windows CD with it. I had some major repairs done which involved reinstalling Windows. When I try to configure my fax it keeps asking for an SP2 CD which I do not have. I have the SP2 downloaded but I guess there are components of the fax service missing or damaged. I would never "pirate" a program nor ask anyone else to.
