windows longhorn

i dont know if any one could help me im thinknig about getting win longhorn but im not sure when its due out could anyone tell me what month win longhorn will be out

It is now called Windows Vista, and is coming out next year.

If it's anything like every other release of Windows, I'd wait until a few months after the release date so Microsoft can provide the inevitable patches and service packs. They have a habit of using their paying customers as guinea pigs.
