I'm very interested for work in solaris platform. i'm downloading sol-10-u6-ga1-x86-dvd.iso this file from torrent. is it make any harm to pc, it require ant product key after installing. please suggest me. Thanks in advance.

The ISO might be infected, or it might require you to run a password generator program, which is very likely to be infected.

You can download Solaris 10 x86 from the official site. Prices start at $324, and you can get a free 60 day trial.

No need for a 60 day trial (that's actually for Sun hardware). Under the Free Solaris 10 5/09 download you can select to download a Solaris ISO for free. Support does cost money, but the operating system itself has been free for as long as I remember Solaris 10 being available. OpenSolaris and OpenSolaris-based distributions (Nexenta, Belenix, Schillix, maybe others) are free as well.

@OP: Go to the official site for one of these operating systems and they will have an official method to obtain the OS. We cannot help with torrents.
