Explorer 7 beta 2

My grandson installed the above os on his desktop. Later when he was trying something he inadvertantly changed his password. Now, of course he can't login. He also doesn't have a password reset disk. Does anybody know how he can get around this problem? Thanks.

Re: Explorer 7 beta 2

Explorer is not an OS. It's a web browser. And Explorer has nothing to do with the system password. If it's the OS password that he's not able to figure out, then let us know what OS you're using and we can direct you to the right people to help. Otherwise, if he changed the password on a website where he logs in, the best thing to do is contact the people that run the website.

Glad to hear that you problem was fixed. Could you tell us how it was fixed that way some other members could learn from it, and try what you did.

Cheers!
