Can't Telnet to Unixware Server

Most users in our company can telnet to our unixware box with no problems but a few of our newer laptops cannot make the connection. Any idea on where to start troubleshooting this? Port 23 is open on the unixware box and that is how our Absolute Telnet program connects.

I would start by making sure that that port 23 isn't being blocked by the windows firewall. I would check to see what is being blocked on the out going section.
