Unplugged a Vaio Sony too many times

Help meee? D:
I have a Vaio sony, and it has been unplugged too many times. Unfortunately, I didn't know at the time that unplugging a computer too many times would damage it.

Anyway, I just want to know if there's any way I can save my computer. D: (I'm on my MAC right now trying to google ways I can help my computer)

Everytime I restart it, it won't even load the bottom tool bar.
Everytime I try to open something, it freezes and it won't even open the Ctrl + Alt + Delete window.
I've tried letting it slowly load. :/
I've started it, waited a good week and it still hasn't loaded the home page successfully.

Pleeeease, save this Sony. D:
I have too much on it and I can't afford to lose all of it.

Re: Unplugged a Vaio Sony too many times

I've never heard of a computer being damaged by unplugging. I can understand that you lose anything you're working on and potentially a file being corrupted if the power is suddenly lost, but nothing like what you're describing. It sounds to me as if you may have a virus or spyware problem (assuming you're on Windows).
