you'll have to convert the isos, which are disk images, into real disks. but the best thing is to find real disks to install from. goto ebay and search for ms dos and you'll get all kinds of goodies. remember, ms dos is copyrighted, so downloading it from somewhere would be illegal, and we will not help you there.

Ms-Dos install errors

When i try to install dos I get a message saying "Please insert the following disk in drive E: Setup Disk #1 When you are ready to continue press ENTER" Well I have the first disk in my drive and I press enter and the message come back up. This drive E: happends to be my cd/dvd burner so I burnt an image of the disk to a cd and put the cd in the drive and pressed enter and the message just comes back up. What do I do?

as far as i know, dos never did come on cds, so i think your problem is that you are trying to install it from the wrong medium. have you tried mounting the isos, and putting them on floppies?

and please keep this all in one thread, since its all related to the same problem.
