Problems With Sony Picture Motion Browser
I'm not sure if I'm putting my Question in the right forum but here I go.
I just got a new mobile HD snap camera from Sony Model MHS-PM1 and I was install the Sony PMB software. After I installed it I try to go use the Sony Picture Motion Browser I get an error message. C:\Program Files\Sony\Sony Picture Utility\PMB Core\SPUImporterLauncher.exe The Application has failed to start because the side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail. 1. I want to know who to find the application event log. 2. I want to fix this so I can use the Photo Motion Browser. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
