uknown error ??

hi guys..

i would like to ask if you know what is problem with my computer browser or maybe even in my computer?

currently im using Opera as my default browser but when i go to google and search for something.. it always directs me to a blank page..

so i thought Opera has having some problems so i downloaded Firefox but still the same problem occurs, even in IE.

so now i could not do my homeworks for any search engine websites keeps on directing me to a blank site.. i am always to go to a comp. shop just to finish a hw..

Hi,

I would recommend that you start with doing all your scans to make sure that you computer is clean. Then come back with any questions or if it still isn't fixed. Also, I would check and make sure that there isn't anything being blocked by a firewall.

speaking of which, i have already scanned my computer via AVG.. and saw some threats but some of it isn't erased.. its the svchost.exe thingy.. is this the root of the problem?

my avg is just the free trial..

Hi,

I would recommend that you get the free AVG version this is different then the trail. Also, I would recommend that you get spyware scanners Spybot Search and Destroy. These are the two things I use the most when I scan my computer. Make sure that you do all the updates on these and run the scans again. Then see what you get.

Also, about the svchost.exe, that is something that windows starts that run a lot of host processes. If you want to learn more about it, look at this
